Yes, dogs only (up to 20 lbs) are allowed for a $25 daily charge per pet and a $200 deposit. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per room.

Dynasty Suites Redlands does not have smoking rooms. All guest rooms and indoor areas are non-smoking. Please do not smoke or vape inside the hotel or within 20 feet of any door or window. The designated smoking area is by the gazebo. A $250 fee applies for smoking in a guest room or indoor area.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card (not prepaid). A valid credit card is required at check-in, and the cardholder must be present with ID. Charges for stay, damages, or fees will be applied to the card on file. All reservations also require a $100 incidental or security deposit on a major credit or debit card. Cash is not accepted for the deposit. For a stay with a pet, the required deposit is $200.

Yes, Dynasty Suites is ADA-compliant and offers accessible rooms with roll-in showers, grab bars, captioned TVs, and step-free entry.

Guests must present a valid government-issued ID. The credit card holder must be present with an identification matching the name on the card during check-in.

If you made your reservation directly with Dynasty Suites Redlands, please call the hotel at (909) 793-6648 to request the cancellation. If you booked through an online travel agency, you need to contact the specific agency you used to make the reservation, such as Expedia, Booking.com, Hotels.com, Priceline, or Agoda. Cancellation terms still depend on the reservation and room type. View our cancellation policy.

Free parking is available for registered guests, but spaces are limited and parking is not guaranteed. Normally one vehicle is allowed per room. A second vehicle may be permitted only with front desk approval and if space is available. Please register all vehicles with the front desk. Large vehicles and trailers are not permitted; vehicles must be fully working with no leaks or nuisance conditions. Vehicle work is not permitted on the property, except for a mobile car wash.

All hotel areas and services—including guest rooms, parking, breakfast, coffee, pool, hot tub, saunas, putting green, laundry, vending, ice, Wi-Fi, and other amenities—are reserved for registered paid hotel guests during their stay. Unregistered guests and visitors may not use hotel areas or services. The primary guest is responsible for room or property damage caused by visitors or anyone coming onto the property for or with the primary guest; this responsibility does not authorize unregistered guests or visitors. Failure to register guests or visitors in advance with the front desk by the primary guest may result in a $250 penalty, only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Payment of the penalty does not authorize access or waive registration, occupancy, or applicable guest-payment requirements.
